We want you to feel confident in your Growing Up Nourished purchase. Because our products include both physical books and digital resources, return eligibility varies by product type. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Digital ProductsAll digital product sales are final.
Because digital files are made available for access or download after purchase, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on digital products.
We encourage you to review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a resource is the right fit for your family, homeschool, co-op, or classroom, please reach out before ordering. We are always happy to help.
Physical BooksUnused physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, books must be:
- Unused and unmarked
- In new, resalable condition
- Returned within 14 days of the original delivery date
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the eligible returned products to your original payment method. Books that have been written in, used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise cannot be resold are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Defective ItemsPlease inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at amy@theholisticrd.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.
Before You OrderWe want Growing Up Nourished to be a resource your family or classroom genuinely enjoys using. If you have questions about the curriculum, what is included, grade-level recommendations, physical versus digital options, or anything else before purchasing, please reach out to us at amy@theholisticrd.com.
We are happy to help you determine which option will work best for you.
Thank you for supporting Growing Up Nourished and for inviting us to be a small part of how your children learn about food, nourishment, and caring for their bodies.
