Whether you are looking for deeper, ongoing support or a focused look at your mineral patterns, The Holistic Dietitian offers personalized nutrition care designed to help you better understand your body and what it may need.

Individualized functional nutrition for women.

Hormones, digestion, thyroid function, blood sugar, stress, minerals, and nutrient status do not operate independently.

My approach is to look at the whole picture, identify patterns, strengthen the foundations, and create recommendations that make sense for your body and your life.

No one size fits all protocols.

Just thoughtful, individualized support.

Your symptoms may be connected in ways you haven't considered.

you're in the exact right place

"By the end of day two of my period, I would start having clots. I would lose so much blood, I was afraid to leave my house in fear.  Now, I have no clots. My periods are just normal and I wear regular pads now, no maxis!"

"I am no longer afraid to leave the house when I'm on my period."

What’s Inside the functional nutrition Membership

the process

wondering how it all works?

When appropriate, targeted testing and functional assessments may be used to gather additional information. This can include HTMA, DUTCH hormone testing and other tools selected based on your individual needs

2. Dig deeper with functional testing

We begin with your health history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, goals, and any existing lab work to understand the bigger picture.

1. Start with your story

From there, we create an individualized nutrition and lifestyle plan, monitor how your body responds, and adjust recommendations as your needs change.

4. Build + refine your plan

We bring your history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, and lab findings together to look for patterns across hormones, digestion, thyroid function, minerals, blood sugar, stress, and other foundational systems.

3. Connect the dots

Healing and progress rarely happen in a straight line. Through regular check ins, ongoing communication, and follow up sessions, we continue to monitor your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as your body and needs change.

5. ongoing support

Let's take a deep look at your health history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, labs, and the patterns connecting them. This may include concerns related to hormones, thyroid health, fertility, digestion, blood sugar, fatigue, or nutrient and mineral imbalances. Together, we build a personalized plan, monitor your progress, and adjust support as your body changes.

For women who want comprehensive, ongoing support.

frequently asked questions

frequently asked questions

How do I know whether functional nutrition membership or Mineral Blueprint is right for me?

If you’re not sure where to start, let’s hop on my complimentary Meet & Greet call. We can talk through what you’re experiencing, what kind of support you’re looking for, and which option makes the most sense for you.

Will I have to follow a restrictive diet?

Not necessarily. My goal is not to remove foods without reason. Nutrition recommendations are individualized and designed to support your body while keeping food practical and sustainable. If you're experiencing food reactions, we need to understand the why behind those reactions to support your body from a root-cause approach.

do you take insurance?

Clients are responsible for payment at the time of the appointment. Some insurance plans may reimburse for nutrition services provided by a Registered Dietitian. Be sure to ask about that on your meet & greet call with Amy Gonzalez, RD, FNTP. Nutrition services may also be eligible for HSA or FSA funds depending on your plan. Be sure to check with your card issuer before utilizing these accounts for services.

"I am so thankful for the work we've gotten to work together. I have gotten something useful out of every single appointment. My bloodwork has improved and I'm fitting in jeans from 2018. My relationship with food has also greatly improved and that's probably the thing I value most."

- Julie T.

"I am no longer having panic attacks and I can sleep a lot better!"

- Sheena M.

"I just came off a huge recital week for my daughter and while I'm exhausted, I did it!!! I was able to be there for all the things and keep up! This would not have been possible a year ago, so thank you, thank you, for helping my body to get stronger over these past few months!"
