In this 21 day group program, we will be eliminating refined sugars, foods that cause sugar spikes, and inflammatory foods. Reduce the inflammatory burden on your body while working on "resetting" your taste buds to eliminate sugar cravings. After the sugar detox, even a grapefruit or granny smith apple will have a renewed taste of natural sweetness! This program does not include any crazy detox juices, restriction of calories, or limiting portion sizes. We will be eating REAL, honest to goodness nourishing foods!
